NORTH MAIN, SECOND AND ADAMS STREET
The Juveniles have set up shop at the old Flower Shop now and have also been seen starting a fire ring at the small park area that belongs to Rosewood Condos. Motor bikes have also begun to be a problem on both North Main and North Second Street. Curfews are not being observed during weekdays. Squeeling wheels and excessive speed have also started on North Second Street.

I live on North Main street and still see Juveniles at the flower shop almost on a daily basis. Also have noticed there hasnt been as much police patrol in the area lately. I have also notied the squeeling of wheels and excessive speeds thought the evening.
where else are we supposed to go... if there was somewhere for the people to go then their wouldnt be problems.. and it wasnt a fire ring it was a grill we made food get over it.
The park at the condo's is private property so unless you live there don't go there
